About SpaceBloom

Shared kitchens are quietly powering thousands of food businesses — caterers, bakers, food trucks, meal-prep companies — but most of them are run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, paper sign-in sheets, and whiteboard calendars. The software that does exist was built for office coworking and never quite fits.

SpaceBloom is management software built for shared-use spaces, starting with commissary kitchens. Operators get one place to manage members, locations, and the daily churn of running a space. Members get a simple front door to the kitchen they cook in: join, stay compliant, and get on with their business.

We're building it hand-in-hand with working operators — our first partner runs a commissary kitchen serving dozens of local food businesses — because the details of this industry only reveal themselves on the kitchen floor.

Where it's going
