These terms govern your use of spacebloom.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

SpaceBloom provides software for operating shared spaces and managing memberships. Operators are responsible for their own spaces — including who they admit, the rules of their space, and compliance with laws that apply to their business. SpaceBloom is not a party to agreements between operators and their members.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no scraping or interfering with other users' spaces, and no content you don't have the right to share.

Content

You retain ownership of content you add. You grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
